I say I want to be immortal

I know I already am

Nothing begins without its resolution

Birth and death are but the arising and resolving of consciousness

I say I sit with God

I know I sit with the Tao

Birth, an emergence from that source Death, a return

Death is born

I say I want to be enlightened

I know I already am

For me, meditation is sitting with the great fullness of knowing,

at the same time as sitting with the great emptiness of being.
