Three levels of support for mutually beneficial relationships

Level One

You are the most important member of the conversation.

Together we will build a foundation for success. I will help you clearly define your priorities, allowing greater clarity in your conversations. While this service is limited to one side of the conversation it can be immensely helpful in every aspect of your practice.

This option is ten hours of coaching over six weeks. If you feel you need more at the end of the program we can tailor an offering that fits your specific needs.

Level Two

Two doctors with one vision.

When both doctors are willing to set aside time to build a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship we can accomplish great things. In this service I open the lines of communication between both doctors while identifying what is truly important. The priorities are different when you are selling your practice than when you are buying your practice.

This offering is sixteen hours of coaching over six weeks. If for some reason you desire more coaching we can develop a plan that best fits all involved parties.

Level Three

Do you want your patients to perceive purpose and unity in every interaction with your practice?

This is the opportunity to really build a strong foundation that benefits everyone. I invite you to build open and honest communication with your negotiating doctor and the staff. We bring the staff on board after the sale is final or the position is agreed by both doctors. This is a critical time for the transition. Meeting with the staff and helping them see the benefits of this new relationship to them personally creates an atmosphere of collaboration.

This offering is twenty one hours of coaching over eight weeks. If for any reason you feel that you or your team would benefit from continuing the conversation, we can develop a plan that meets your specific goals.
