Who is the mare you ride at night?

Do you know her name, or is she a mystery?

Is she the same every night, or does she transform?

…Into a wild, grand, and defiant mare, you cling to desperately trying not to fall off…

…Into a war horse bold and strong, who carries you into the battles that defend your territory and your life…

…Into a gentle wise mare who knows the best path, sure footed, strong, reliable and true…

Are you of one mind, or is she patiently awaiting your choice to take the reins?

What adventures do you share in the untold time?

Dreaming is a natural part of life. A way to order our experience and deepen our understanding, it opens a part of the subconscious mind to conscious awareness.

Many people lose access to their dreams. Whether from stress, trauma or some other cause, I meet many people who tell me they don’t dream or don’t remember their dreams. Sometimes we make a conscious choice not to remember them when we become overwhelmed with recurring nightmares. Few people understand the value of exploring their dreams and allowing a new perspective to unfold.

I started studying my dreams in high school when I took a class on Jungian dream analysis. Later I explored Active Dreaming with Robert Moss. I find my dreams help me navigate challenging situations and transitions in my journey.
